Name MACAULAY, Aeneas (Angus) Birth 1704 Gender Male Note - became minister of Applecross, Ross-shire, in 1731. He was educated at King's College, Aberdeen, where he graduated M.A. in 1726. Mr. MacAulay acquired notoriety as being the first heretic dragged from the North to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland in Edinburgh.
