Note - In James Ebenezers 'Letters to Ruth McDonald' Feb. 22, 1934 he states that 'Sarahs trouble is from what is called Angina Pectoris, caused by hardening of the arteries, causing high blood pressure, causing a stagnation of the circulation of blood in the breast, forming what we call a sudden attack or prostration which leaves her very weak for some time.' 'She has had quite a number of those attacks, some very severe and some comaritivley light.
