In Leonard Martins Order Book for Columbia Terra Cotta Company this is order# 208 Glaze# 406M Store for Bitar Bros.. 1928. John Grant Archt. Ailken- Contractor. John Grant also was the Architect for the Eglington Hotel that was also adorned with Columbia Terra Cotta.
