Photo taken Feb. 3rd, 2018.  Closeup of a windowsill. Masonic Home Cottage built completed November of 1926.  It was called the "Children's cottage" and was intended to house orphans of the Masons.  One year later it ws determined the orphanage was closed because relations between the elderly and the children were less than harmonious.  This building stands on the grounds of the "Grand Lodge".  Now owned and run by McMenimins as a hotel.  The cottage is referred to in L. A. Martins order book for Columbia Terra Cotta Company as "Masonic Home Cottage" and is order #162 and Glaze #403.
